"Garden Tractors"
There are all sorts of power tools that come under the garden tractors heading, and some that aren't power tools but are still great garden helpers!
Choose your garden tools carefully, according to your needs and the size of your garden. There's not a lot of point in buying a sit-on lawn mower if you only have a few square metres of grass to cut, but a sit on powerless tractor could be just what you need. Something like this, available at Gardeners Supply in the US, could be perfect for you. It takes the pressure off the back and knees while you plant or harvest low growing veggies and fruits, and you can even use it to wash the car!

If your garden warrants a Ride-on mower, Crocus in the UK have a stunning power machine! Worth a look if you can't find one locally, in fact it's worth a look anyway to give you a good diea of what's available. They will deliver to UK homes, and, I believe, fairly soon!
Click on this link Ride-on Lawn Mower at Crocus and type 'tractors' into the search box on their homepage.
And if you are looking for a real mean machine to cruise around the grounds on, this garden tractor from Amazon should do the trick....

Be sure to buy what suits you. Decide what you want your machine to do before you buy it. As I said above, there's no point in buying a Ride on mower if your lawn isn't even large enough to turn the thing around on, however stunning it may be! And read through the
manufacturers instructions so you know how to use it to avoid accidents to you or the machine.
Also you will have to keep the machine maintained, so if this isnt your cup of tea, enrol a member of the family or friend to keep it well oiled and in good working order. Keep all machinery and garden tools inside when you have finished with them. Clean them, dry them off and store in a garage or shed until the next time. Looking after them will prolong their life and save you having to replace them after a few years.
Happy Gardening!
