"Fruit - from gatherer to grower through the ages."

Fruit has been gathered since the beginning of time and is probably one of the major factors in human evolution! And even after years of revolutions, production lines and industrial growing techniques, it can still be found in the wild - for free!

To keep our bodies healthy we need to eat at least five portions of fruit / veg per day. With ever-increasing prices and forced ripening conditions, we can't always be sure we're getting what we should be getting from the produce we buy.

As soon as a fruit is removed from it's growing source, it starts to deteriorate and some of the vitamins and minerals will be lessened. The finest ones are the freshest ones!

Growing your own will be one of the most rewarding gifts you can give your family and yourself. Read some of the articles below to see just how easy it really is!
